Hi, I measured 10"L x 10"H - 5"W. Plenty of room!

Is it leak proof? For example, can I put ice in it and use it as a mini cooler?

It is definitely NOT leak proof. Today was my second day using it. My lunch container leaked juices from my meal and it seeped right through the bag.

There is no label in this lunch bag that says where it is made. Sorry!!
