Great for silicone molds
This modeling clay is great. It never drys up, I'm able to get great details and I can use it to make silicone molds without it interfering with the curing process.

Great for art & frustration
Firm but exactly what he wanted. Great color! Keep in an airtight container to prevent dry out.

Workable and Long Lasting
I have used this plasticine succesfully for many purposes but I should warn any crafters reading this note to do your research before buying it. This did not work Smooth-On Moldstar because it is sulfur-based and inhibits the cure of platinum-based rubber.

Great
I bought this accidentally, not realizing it was a non drying clay (that’s what I get for not reading the description). If that’s what I had been going for, a modeling clay that is, then it was perfect. It was soft without being super sticky and didn’t leave residue in my hands like the second one I bought. It was easily moldable even when I was using it for the tiniest things. It works great and if I was an actual artist (or giving it to my kids for something that never dries up) I would buy it again.

Using with Silicone Rubber to Reproduce Parts Missing from Antique Picture Frame
This is hard clay, but it softens up quickly from the heat of your hands after kneading. I've used this twice to make a mold of a part of an antique picture frame. This oil-based clay is used to make a "dam" around the sides and bottom of the frame so that the silicone rubber doesn't flow out the sides. The first time, I just pressed the shapes around the section of frame I wanted to reproduce and the silicone rubber passed right out of the bottom. I thought I'd have to throw out the clay but a week later I tried it again, being careful to use my thumb to spread it out from the sides and bottom of the dam merging the pieces together. That worked beautifully and there was no leakage. That brings the cost down, as the liquid silicone rubber that got all over the clay didn't damage it. I keep the clay in three plastic bags inside of each other. It can be used over and over again.

Clay base for silicone rubber
Not what I needed it for, but sure I can use it for something else.

Just right
I’ve just began sculpting with it and so far it is ply able enough yet solid enough to stand up strong. And so far didn’t dry out too quickly, just right. So far I’ve only used this material for small sculptures less than 10 inch high. Just curious to see how it’d hold up for larger sculptures.

Excellent Reuse-able Modeling Clay
Excellent non-hardening clay for modeling. I do thermoforming of plastic with JB Weld, but I use this modeling clay to shape what I need in my mold model first. It is essential to help me create a physical model before moving to a hardening material. It is very moldable, easy to reuse, and I have not noticed any orders or staining when using it.
