Great for tracking workouts! Each page has plenty of rows for a variety of workouts, and space to track cardio. There are also pages to track goals, measurements and progress. Approx a 20 week planner, though all the dates are blank so you write in the month/day/year as you track.

Obsessed
I have been typing my workouts in notes on my phone and trying to keep track of my dates in my calendar app. This is so much easier to have them all in one place, and has really helped hold me accountable. I have tons more variety in my workouts now, and I love the notes section to jot down what went well, what not so well, etc. Highly recommended.

Great layout but poor paper quality
I love the layout and features of this journal. I'm almost done with a different brand and was looking to try something new. Unfortunately, the paper quality is noticeably different. You can see the text and ink through the pages. Thankfully there's no smudging on the pages and the ink I'm using doesn't bleed through. But, I think the more you fill this up the more distracting the thin paper will be. Picture shows the text and formatting from the previous page.

I love that this workout journal allows me track the details of the exercises I do , reps and weight used. Ot also has a little water tracker. Perfect size for the gym bag. Perfect for my needs. Great price.
