Love it! Very sturdy, holds multiple cards securely. Easy to access. Stretches a long distance. Has strong resistance and the cable has a strong protective coating.

Love the Quality feels sturdy
Love the quality, really easy to use, and it’s a good size. I love how sturdy it is and the way it is designed. It is a little heavier then most but it works great.

Amazing Product
This thing is amazing! I work as building maintenance at a golf resort, so I'm required to carry several keys and a keycard. This holder can handle all 14 keys and the keycard with ZERO issues. It's rugged, the cable is strong and it's held up quite nicely. Definitely worth every penny

Is good to a point.
The badge reel is pretty good and still holding up good after a year. The badge holder itself lasted a little over a year, but just at the top part that the reel connects to. It is made of plastic and broke. I think if the top part was metal it would last longer.

Awesome customer service!
The product is good. Bought it a little over a year ago and have to extend the badge a minimum of 20 times a day (due to all the cypher locked doors I need to go through). Worked fine until yesterday when the spring inside snapped and it would not retract. Now, the customer service is AMAZING. I emailed them about it and absolutely no questions asked, they said a replacement is being sent (technically three months past the end of the warranty) and they said it could take up to 4 business days to arrive. Yea, that was a miscalculation. It arrived today (1 business day!!!!) If anyone needs or prefers a retractable badge holder, I will definitely recommend this one.

just bought and will say ur badge will never fall out, the retractable lan yard works nice . clip is nice, if u think ur badge wont read thru the plastic, mine did. u can see ur badge thru the plastic it’s transparent enough to see thru. the wire is solid!
