When it comes to the finish on my tires and exterior plastics, I'm extremely nitpicky when it comes to what I use and the aesthetic I'm left with. This last run of spring cleaning, I decided to use some Griots products, and was thoroughly impressed with this rubber and vinyl dressing. It leaves a perfect, even toned matte finish, and is water based so it wont lead to nasty aging and cracking. It's been almost 2 weeks since my last application, and it's still looking good although I will be reapplying tomorrow. If you hate a disgustingly tacky overly greasy finish for your vinyl and rubber, grab this. I will absolutely be buying this again, as it's well worth it for a premium product that wont damage your car or components.

Man, I love this stuff. I just did my first detailing of my "new" 2016 Ford Focus hatchback. It had been sitting on the dealer lot for a bit over a year when I got a really good deal on it. Well, the dash didn't look bad when I bought the car, but wow, when I finished applying Griot's Vinyl and Rubber Dressing, it looked way better, so I ended up going over all the vinyl and rubber trim areas on the interior, and the results made me a believer in the product. First, a little really does go a long way, and I applied it by spraying onto a soft cloth, and using that to rub into the surface, rather than spraying directly on the surface, as I felt this gave me much more control over area of contact (you don't want this on leather of glass surfaces). It took me about 10-15 minutes to do the whole car, and the difference was night and day. I really like that it doesn't leave any kind of shine or residue, it's just seems to restore the original clean appearance. This big bottle should last quite a while too. Good stuff!

I havent bought a new car in decades, found a good deal on a Subaru Wilderness and wanted to keep it looking new. Asked for some expert advice and was told to try Griots and have to say I am pretty impressed! The Wilderness has a anti glare (and marketing) sticker on the hood. While waxing I got some wax on the sticker portion and being a hot day it dried and hardened pretty quick. Most of it wasnt coming off with just elbow grease. So I ordered Griots vinyl & rubber dressing and not only did the dried wax come off but it also looked great! Not shiny like an Armor All coat but just perfectly clean! Best of all it seems to repel dirt and grime, what little does stay on is easily removed with a quick brush from a California Duster. It also beads the rain nicely! It also works well on all the plastic cladding on the Wilderness, looks great with very little effort! Just spray on a microfiber rag, wipe and then wipe off any excess!

I like the size, the price and the product. It works well. I bought it mainly to keep the bedmat looking good in my pickup, it took a few sprays to cover it, but plenty left. I lived in a very dusty area and COULD NOT keep the mat looking sharp. After a recent move and away from dust, I sprayed this on and let it sit overnight...no wiping and it looks great. The jury is out on how long it lasts, but based on other reviews and the immediate appearance I'm happy.

It gives a satin finish and dries fast (not shiny and sticky for days like brand X)

I have tried everything on my 15 year old Lexus. So far this has been outstanding. But I’ll have to revisit this review when it gets hot outside again. Other products seemed to get hazy from temperature/humidity changes (like using warm defrost inside cold car). I cleaned vinyl/plastic with Ammonia based Windex to remove theother products, then treated with this product and the results have been amazing. I absolutely love it.

this is the best product of its kind, Griot's Garage products are expensive, and worth it. The most widely used products used on Concours De Elegance antique and show vehicles. Contains no cheap fillers like silicone, highly recommended.

Used this product to recondition 50 yr old seats and made them look new again..
