I recently purchased this bassinet and was initially drawn to its rocking feature. The concept is great, and the rocking motion is gentle and soothing. However, I found that it was a bit too slow for my baby, who prefers a slightly faster motion to fall asleep.Despite this minor issue, I have to commend the exceptional customer service. I reached out with my concerns, and they were incredibly responsive and attentive. They took my feedback seriously and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really impressed me.Overall, while the rocking speed wasn't quite right for us, the outstanding customer service made the experience positive. If you're looking for a bassinet with a gentle rocking motion and excellent support, this is a great choice.

UPDATE:After leaving the before review, the company ranked out to learn a little more about my concern in an effort to improve the product. Once they had a better understanding, they passed it on to the quality team to improve the product. While my concern is still applicable until the product is redesigned, I applaud the company for their willingness to do everything to make the best product possible.This bassinet wasn’t too difficult to put together. The rocking and sound work as advertised and helps put my baby to sleep. This bassinet walls should be mesh all the way around but is not on the side that folds down and goes by the bed. This is where the baby always ends up as he tries to get closer to his mom so he’s pushed up against a fabric wall instead of breathable mesh.

We’ve had this for almost 2 months and within the first few weeks it started to make all kinds of noises. From squeaking to clicking and every other noise in between. Now we can’t use the rocking feature which is the entire purpose of buying this bassinet in the first place because the noises keep our baby awake. Such a waste.Update : the seller is helping us to make things right. We’re very grateful for their quick response and look forward to using the product more successfully.

Beautiful bassinet but too noisy for me. Would have loved it if there was a little storage space at the bottom

I bought this bassinet in November 2023, shortly after finding out I was pregnant. Fast forward to now, baby is a month old. I put it together a month and a half ago and the rocking still doesn’t work. We’ve tried multiple different things. Would’ve returned it already if the window hadn’t closed in February. The rocking function and price were our deciding factors for this bassinet so we’re pretty bummed about it not working. The sound also doesn’t have any soothing options. We would have preferred at least one with a set sound (just ocean or a shushing sound) but each one has multiple sounds combined, which our baby doesn’t like. The only worthy things about this bassinet has been the wheels, it being able to open on a side, and the different height options.
