Got this as a gift for my father. He really liked it. The material seems to be of nice quality and it looks really good.

Looks great. Good weight. My 17yr old son loved it and thought I spent a lot on it. Will be ordering from them again.

It has a good weight to it and the extra clasp for adjustments is nice too.

WORTHLESS PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!! I ordered one February of last year. The pins in the links just kept falling out, breaking it at the points where the pins fell out. I ordered another one this year, hoping that it would be better constructed second time around. I was sitting in a chair when it fell off my wrist and onto the floor. Two pins just fell out, breaking it in both places. The quality HAS NOT IMPROVED!!!!! To make matters even worse, Amazon will not be responsible for a refund. There is NO WAY to get into touch with the Zillilay either. So, here I sit with two WORTHLESS bracelets with no way to get my money back. I guess the old saying is true: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

Sturdy build, good looking on wrist, clasp is difficult to put on and take off. Otherwise this rating would be a 5.

The good: This bracelet looks just as fantastic in person as it does in the listing if not better. The links were easy enough to adjust as well, making it a comfortable fit. It has a respectable weight to it and doesn't feel cheap.The bad: if you wear this bracelet every day like I do, you'll begin to notice a couple issues over time. Firstly, the paint will begin to wear off. I work a desk job, and the wear from it gliding across a desk or counter at times will reveal the silver metals underneath. I do expect this at this price point and the wear is far from excessive given my use of the product. It holds up as well as I'd expect and it still has a nice appearance despite it's wear.Occasionally, I have had a pin get snagged on loose threads from a sweater, so this can be something to be mindful of. Perhaps a different style of pin would have prevented this issue, but I don't find this to be a dealbreaker, merely noteworthy. The occasional glance to verify the pins are seated fully will prevent significant issues.Now my one noteworthy complaint. The clasp. It looks great and holds firmly-when you first start wearing this bracelet. After about half a year of daily use, I now find that often multiple times a day the clasp has come undone on its own and the bracelet almost or does fall off my wrist. This is usually noticeable, but I shouldn't need to worry about it at all.I was hoping to locate a customer service number, email address, or any other method to contact the manufacturer to see if they would send me a replacement clasp (or several as I expect the next one to wear out) before posting this review, but I was unable to find such information.To summarize, I quite like the style and overall I am happy with the bracelet. However, what would have been a 5 star review will be a 3 star review, as a faulty clasp and complete lack of customer service contact method means I will need to source parts or see a jeweler to continue enjoying the product not even a year after purchase.I will update this review if anything changes.
