Love the safety feature for tip over protection as it's a switch on the bottom. Not only that but uses three prongs! Hated finding only ones with two prongs which becomes an easy fire and electrocution hazard!Heats up quick enough and temperature control is intuitive though it doesn't provide an idea of current temp. To do so you need another tool. Temperature regulation is great as once you feel comfortable with the temp simply turn the dial down until you hear a "click!" then your desired temp is set. If temps fall down it kicks on then warms everything up again!As for quietness if you keep it under 3/4 of the heat dial the fan isn't noticeable. Perfect for office cubes or wherever you don't need high power heating. Perfect for taking the edge off cold drafts, warming hands, warming feet, etc.Durability? Well we just have to see how many heating cycles it can survive. Need to remember that materials will expire after suffering enough fatigue from heating, staying hot, and then cooling.

We do the tiny home full time RV thing. Heat is tricky because we have limited power and several small rooms. Two of these heat the entire place with the help of our heated floors. They are SO QUIET it is incredible. I also bought a Lasko MyHeat but the Delonghi is much much nicer and quieter AND it has a thermostat. Other reviews said the knob is just an on off switch which is incorrect. The more you turn the knob the higher the temperature it will try to reach. It isn't labeled so you do have to guess and adjust to get the right temp but that isn't hard. I just ordered another one of these! They are fantastic and shouldn't really be much more popular on Amazon. Delonghi is making a big mistake not pushing these harder. They are the best low wattage heater I have found by far.

I really like how quiet and easy it is to use. The size, design, and energy efficiency are a great plus. Works well for personal heat!

I would recommend this for a personal desk/foot heater and not much more. I do wish this heater put out a little more heat, but realize that I was purchasing a low wattage model. I bought this to use as auxiliary heat for my camper van, expecting to take advantage of it's low power draw while utilizing solar power and batteries, for when firing up fossil fuels isn't worth the effort/expense. Do I wish it was a little more powerful, yes, but I own and trust other De'Longhi space heater products and have been very happy with their quality and performance so I returned to their brand loyally. There is a strong plastic odor which needs to off gas from this unit, which for me is not a deal breaker, but again it doesn't seem to get quite hot enough to bake off all of the "manufacturing smells and residues". I may try to place it out in the hot sun to further the off gassing before using it in an enclosed space.

I have many Delongi devices. They are all well built and durable. I didn’t know what to expect from such a small heater, but I have been pleasantly surprised with its heat output and how quickly it warms a space.

I had purchased two of these and sent them both back. They put off a chemical smell that won't burn off. Even after several dozens of hours of running them in a vented garage. The first one actually ended up having a defective knob that would intermittently go on and off when the dial was turned all the way up after a few minutes.

Used my DeLonghi Vertacale until it died. Unfortunately they no longer make it. I hoped this would be an adequate replacement. Not even close. You can't feel the heat if you're more than 6 inches from it. Save your money, look elsewhere.

It is elegant,The heat is adequate.But it brings a knob, which is only used to turn it on, there is no heat variation. I think that if there would be no temperature variation, a simple switch was enough
