Sports Research is a great brand for Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate. I always take this brand and it works well. I am pleased with the results. I would recommend and I would purchase again.

Been combining a serving of this with 200 mg L-theanine an hour before bed and I've been sleeping much better since starting this combination. Seems to be a good product, and works well for me. I would say I typically have insomnia 1-2 days per week, and I haven't had any issues with it since starting this and L-theanine.
