Made my first sourdough ever and this little cloche worked like a charm! It’s the perfect size if you want a smaller loaf or are short on space. Don’t spend hundreds of dollars, this is cast iron and enameled on the outside like all the others. And it’s so cute! Highly recommend! I may get another!

This baking cloche looks great and should do a great job of baking sourdough bread. My only complaint is that when I ordered the black cast iron version of this item, there was no mention that it was out of stock and it would take up to a month for it to arrive. I learned this by accident. This was unacceptable because I ordered this as a Christmas gift. Fortunately, I discovered the problem and re-ordered it in orange and received it within two days.

Love the colour (and the cheaper price because of it). Made a wonderful small Sourdough bread with it and it turned out fantastic. Postage was very quick and packaging was great. Love my purchase and I can definitely recommend.

Pro: You can use it to cook 1-2 servings of food directly on stovetop or in the oven. Con: You cannot use it in the microwave. Also, the glass lid will not work as well as cast iron lid. I wouldn’t put it in the oven under high heat. With that said, it’s cute. I use it on my counter as a fruit bowl. I think I can use it to make a small bowl of rice or bake an individual size of sourdough bread.

This dutch oven is attractive and it performs wonderful in my nuwave oven for bread, cornbread,cake.

I have been baking sourdough without a proofing basket in an oversized dutch oven and even on cookie sheets. What a waste of time and effort! This Dutch oven is just the right size when I divide my dough in half and by using the proofing basket I have been able to make fluffy and airy sourdough every time. So sorry I waited this long to buy this set-up.

Cette cloche est de grande qualité et donne un pain cuit à la perfection. Cependant il faut s’en tenir à un pain de 550-600 grammes max.

Absolutely stunning little bread pan. A bit small so will use this for making smaller sourdough loaves. I'm excited to try it out and is a great addition to my bread pans!
