So disappointed. I had high hopes but apparently because my issue is a yeast imbalance and not BV, it has done nothing for me, still have itchiness and smell issues. I gave it a try because it says it can help with yeast imbalance. My TCM practitioner advised me to insert Standard Process Lactic Acid Yeast wafers (good yeast will overpower the bad yeast) dipped in their wheat germ oil for this issue and while it still comes back, at least it clears any imbalance up until my next moon cycle throws my ph off again. :/ I have been searching for a cure for this never ending miserable cycle, but still no lasting solution so far. Glad to hear this product helps some women out there at least!

it does really help to prevent yeast infection, bv and moisturize. my doctor said the ingredients are good.if you have active infection you would still need a medication though.also, after using it every day this gel gave me urethral irritation, UTI like feeling, urge to pee and discomfort. so i would not recommend it for everyday use.
