Excellent, a huge difference from just having the camera sitting on the window sill. Eliminated glare, way better night time vision.

This window mount works well. I removed the base so it was just the camera, then used a bit of super glue around the edges and under the gap. I’m using it with the Wyze Cam v3, and this setup worked perfectly for me.

Nice mount. Image is more clear against the glass. IR doesn't work any better, unfortunately. See photo.

Great device. Holds my v3 perfectly. Easy to use. Sticks to the window well. I can put my camera in and out of it with ease if I want to move the camera temporarily. It does help with the glare. However, I made a stupid mistake and didn't think about the my double-paned window I wanted to use it for, so it's completely useless during nighttime. But the window at the front of the house only had one glass and it works great there. Highly recommend it for normal single-paned windows.

Works well but is impacted by hot and cold. It peeled off after awhile and I was able to use additional two sided tape to support it by cutting small strips so this is not the best design but I’ve only had one of these and it may have just not worked. Gave 3-stars because Wyze has been consistently effective for my needs.

I tried for a long time to get a camera on my back porch/entrance. Getting power was too difficult. I decided to get this and try mounting it inside on the window. Works great. There are some things to remember. 1) It's straight ahead not mounted high and aiming down. So, to get the best view of my back porch, it had to be mounted quite low. There is an ANGLED version of this, but I'm not sure if it's made by Wyze or a 3rd party. 2) Make sure you LEAVE NIGHT VISION ON; but make sure you turn the night vision LIGHTS OFF. Also, make sure the camera indicator light IS OFF. These will reflect in the glass of the window and the camera won't be able to see out. With Infrared ON, Lights OFF, works great. The night vision, as long as it has some ambient light, works great. I've yet to not have SOME light for the IR to work good. The only time you really need the IR lights on is if it's a pitch black environment, like an indoor building, no windows, no lights, pitch black. In which case, there wouldn't be a window mount, so you'd leave the IR lights and camera power light on. Use it for the way it was meant, and it's great.

I use these mounts at my home and camp because I prefer keeping my cameras indoors looking out windows. that way my cameras stay cleaner and hopefully last longer. Before, having them rest next to my windows, I had a lot of reflections and glare, but these mounts really cut that down and give a much more clear view. Installation was straightforward, although they're not really reusable. I have seen some "no-name" alternatives before, but haven't tried them to give an opinion. Overall, they do exactly what I needed and make indoor camera setups much more effective.

As long as you can install a stick straight, you can install this. What’s great about this window mount is it blocks out reflections so that the Wyze Cam v3 gets a clearer view outside the window. The three limitations are that, 1) the cam cannot view out on an angle, and 2) the adhesive is one-time use, and 3) the IR lights need to be disabled but I find the Wyze Cam v3 has a large enough aperture to see in the dark.

I have this fixed to an upstairs window and use to record a Timelapse view every day the weather looks interesting. It’s great because the views can be stitched together seamlessly as the camera is always in the same position. Going to set another up to record the garden through the year. Also works great as a front of the house security camera without the infra red lights enabled

Make sure your window is clean with no streaks before you apply. A very handy way of installing a camera.
