The price was right and there was only one bad review where someone had bees gets into their suit and they got stung so I wore high boots, tapped the suit around my ankles and wrists, tapped over the zipper flap, tapped the pockets, wore heavy jeans, a jacket and a baseball cap. I had no problems, I moved the bee nest that was overtaking a hanging small wren bird house to the back of my property in the dark, I had a porch light on so I could see and I hung it on a shepherd pole. I'm happy and hopefully the bees will adjust!

No stings and light enough to handle South Texas Heat.

I needed to move a bumblebee nest that was in my chicken coop and did not want to pay $$$$ to a professional. I was afraid the pro might destroy the nest instead of move it because most of the pros around here will only remove and relocate honey bees. Bumblebees can pack a pretty good punch as I discovered when I accidentally kicked their nest, but when not directly disturbed they are pretty benign. The only real problem with them is they increase in number over the summer and I was afraid my chickens would either attack them or visa versa.I am not a beekeeper so do not know how to judge the quaility of a bee suit, but this one seems to be well made with tightly woven material and leather glove/gauntlets. On the advice of another reviewer, I wore a ball cap backwards to keep the back of the head cover away from my neck ....good avice! I was able to go in after dark and gently scoop up the entire nest and relocate it to an old dog house on the far edge of my yard. This was 3 weeks ago and they are still there and thriving! During the move I was attacked around my face but the net kept me safe. I wore jeans and a long sleeved shirt for extra protection and I came out of it unstung.The price was so reasonable! It was worth every penny because not only did it protect me, but it allowed me to keep those precious bees nearby. And now I will have the suit if the need arrises again. I am 5 ft 4 in, 135 lb and I ordered a medium. It was slightly large on me.
