I love the Everyday Smokey palette, it’s become my daily go to. The colors work perfectly for me (pale/cool-neutral skin tone, grey eyes) The shimmery grey is a perfect daily tone on me, I like how it applies (I can whack this on with just my fingers and it still looks smooth and well blended) These colors look very nice on me and I like the longevity of wear. My favs are the shimmery grey or the shimmery copper. I love how easy these are for me. And it’s reasonably priced.

Now I have been doing my makeup since my teens, I do like a full beat every once in a while but I usually like to do a quick grungey eye look and throw on some gloss or chap stick. This shadow is perfect for an easy make up day. The pigment is decent and buildable on most of the shades except maybe the black shade but I would rather use an eyeliner anyway. I have tried a variety of shadows both high end and drug store, but honestly this is the happiest I have been with a cheaper eye shadow for a while. As for longevity/durability..absolutely wonderful. I have extremely oily skin and lids and the shadow seems to survive for at least a few hours with minimal wear. This is of course with eye primer, prep is key. I’m also a sped teacher, the day Im writing this review I swam with my kids during our swim special. I had swiped on 2 shimmer shades with my finger tips at 6 am that morning, no eye primer. Well one of my kids as a last ditch attempt to stop me from ending pool time jumped back in after we got out… right into the deep end. So I jumped in. Came back up, got dressed, and In the one picture, taken hours after an unexpected dip in the pool, I still have some shimmer on my eyes lol. If this eyeshadow can survive a crazy school day, it’s definitely top tier for me lol.

Some colors are fine. Purple is awfully bright. Seems a little bit cakey. Price was okay.

Love the choices of colors in this palette. I have purchased several of these and will never buy another palette again. Blends well when using several colors at once.

Eyeshadow arrived with two of the colors cracked and broken covering the other colors. Plastic case (inside) was full of pieces of broken shadow. Shadow colors were ok, except the colors I use the most were the broken ones.

This e.l.f. eyeshadow palette has quickly become my everyday go-to. The shades are gorgeous, with great pigment and payoff, and they blend beautifully. There’s enough variation to create both simple daytime looks and deeper, dramatic evening styles. I also find the colors last all day with minimal creasing, which makes them surprisingly long-wearing for such an affordable palette. While there is a little fallout, it’s minor compared to the value you get. Honestly, I reach for this more often than my higher-end nude palettes.
