work as intended
It works well as a wok ladle it is big enough for multiple servings of fried rice and well built, you would be hard-pressed to break this ladle. You would probably need to run it over with a car to break it.

I order 5 pcs arrived on time but on of them missing wood handle, overall it is very good

Loose handle
Handle was not secure on ladle. I had to find a small screw and secure the handle. Works fine now.

NO PRAYING MANTIS POSE !
Most ladles have the handle coming straight up from the bowl of the ladle. This means you are always directly in front of the product you are scooping; which keeps you in the splatter and spill zone. From canning experience I know that a hot splatter of soup can cause you to jerk and dump the remaining ladle full of soup on yourself. The Tenta Ladle has the handle set at an angle from the bowl ! This keeps you out of the splatter zone and is SO much more comfortable to use. You don't need to ladle posed like a praying mantis anymore LOL ! The description states "gravy ladle", but this is a Full Size kitchen ladle, very sturdy and well made.

Came apart out of package
The wooden handle detached from the metal ladle before I was even able to unwrap it. There is a screw hole where they could be attached but there is no screw. It literally just came apart. Laughable.

i love this ladle and how long the handle is. It worked great with our huge low country boil pot.
i bought it to ladle chicken noodle soup out of a deep low country boil pot. It worked perfect.

Good product but not finished properly
The item looks OK and the metal part looks strong. I had to take 2 stars off because as soon as I touched the wooden part it came off the handle. Not the way to make a good first impression. Maybe I should had picked one with an all metal handle. There is a hole on the handle where you can put a screw to secure the wooden piece in place but no screw was installed. At this point it would be more hassle than it's worth to return it. I think I will either put a screw on or just glue the wooden part and be done with it.

Make sure you following the instructions to secure the handle.
I probably didn’t need one this large however I think it’s very good value for the price. The wooden part of the handle was a little loose which I expected from some reviews so I followed the instructions , banged it in place on my stone doorstep and it’s extremely secure now. Very easy even for a senior like me.Read the instructions in the manufacturers comments on the purchasing screen.

I had received the ladle in great condition. The ladle's built quality is excellent and is very sturdy. The stainless steel is thick and strong, which will ensure a lifetime of use. It's very useful for customers who would like a ladle with a long reach and who cooks with big pots and wok. Very happy with the overall built quality!
