These gummies are easy to take helps calm mood and relax.

Awesome product. I’ve tried another GABA supplement that was low dosage GABA and Lemon Balm and it felt like it didn’t do much of anything for me. I struggle a lot with anxiety and stress that I find difficult to manage on my own. I’ve just finished my first month of dosage and I genuinely feel like I’ve felt a noticeable drop in my daily anxiety and stress. It hasn’t removed it outright, but it’s toned to down and made my triggers more manageable. It’s definitely increased my quality of sleep and has helped me get to bed quicker. I struggle with waking up at 3AM every night. Thanks to this, some days I don’t wake up at all until my alarm hits, and if I do wake up early I can get back to sleep faster and don’t feel as run down as normal due to the increased sleep quality. I have hyperthyroidism so unfortunately for me; I’m going to try some other products with lower Ashwagandha just to be safe, but if you don’t struggle with Hyperthyroidism, this is a great product.

The gummies have a good taste and are no more or less effective than similar products. I subtracted one star because the gummies were all stuck together and had to be separated from each other before consuming.
