I want to start meditating again and this gong has the perfect sound to allow you to follow the gong until it waves off to silence. I really like the quality of the product, it looks like it will last a while and I like how it came with a gong stick and brace to hang it on.

Great sound so for that I gave 3 stars but falls over if not holding it. I should’ve returned it and got one more stable

So this healing sound like scary ghost summoning to me. Not helpful...after a week it became background sound. A little helpful, but just neutral and not scary anymore. --Returning...Buddha Cup Bowl did better only one to make me feel better, safe.
