Super easy to install. I'm not a fix -it/DIY girl but I hooked it up in about 30 minutes. Probably could do it in 10 minutes. Works great. Better cleaning because you have control of what areas you want to target. The other bidets that have set sprayers are not as effective. The other advantage of having a hand held sprayer is that you can use it to remove "gunk" from clothes, shoes etc. Anything that can be safely flushed. It is a great value. There haven't been any leaks. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Exactly what we were looking for. Water pressure is good and style matches exactly what we wanted. Pictures and description match exactly what you get. Purchased 2 units initially. Had a slight issue with 1 and contacted customer service. They promptly replied and sent out a replacement, which works great. Due to this positive experience, we purchased 2 more and replacement others.

i got this because i was getting surgery and wouldn’t be able to shower for a couple weeks. worked a treat. just buy it :) no leaks, no complaints, so useful. ah! but bear in mind as it’s one temperature that it will be from-the-wall cold. i got used to this after the first couple uses, but for others it could be more daunting.
