I love any kind of garlic, but I particularly enjoy black garlic. It is garlic that is fermented for 90 days. The flavor is appealing. I love incorporating it into various dishes. It comes in a resealable container. The expiration date is quite a few months out from when I received.

Container was broken in which caused the garlic to be dry and spoiled . I threw it away .

Very interesting
I’ve never had black garlic before. It’s fermented garlic, and when you pop the container open (like a can of tennis balls) you might be overwhelmed by the smell. Surprisingly, the taste is not as strong as the smell. You can actually spread this on toast and eat it like that - definitely not overpowering like raw garlic. This was an interesting find, and I’ll be exploring more ways to use it!
