Easy to set up, easy to use, and excellent quality! As a parent of two, I love having access to multiple cameras for different rooms on a single parent unit. Customer support was outstanding—they responded immediately when my parent unit stopped charging and sent a replacement, upgraded model with a split-screen feature. The price is very reasonable, and it’s well worth it.

We’ve been using the Hello Baby HB6550 camera and monitor for a while now and it’s been excellent. It pairs easily with multiple cameras, and the zoom is just right so you can see the entire crib clearly without constantly adjusting it. There’s no lag at all, which is huge when you want to check on your baby quickly. The battery life is impressive too. It lasts for days and charges really fast. The range is another big win. I can be outside while my baby is sleeping inside and the signal is still strong and reliable. The sound range is great. It’s sensitive enough to pick up quiet noises but can get very loud if needed. The picture quality is clear, and the night vision works extremely well. Even in a dark room at night, I can see everything clearly. What really sets this monitor apart is the customer service. After more than a year of heavy use, our monitor broke and they immediately sent a replacement with no hassle. For that reason alone I would recommend this product, but combined with the performance and reliability, it’s an easy choice. Highly recommend, especially for the peace of mind and outstanding customer service.

Here are the benefits of this monitor: -The set-up is easy. You just PLUG both the monitor and the camera in! This also means there’s no need to worry about a third-party hacking into your stream (I think…!). -The sound quality is good; I wouldn’t say it’s great, but it’s good. -There is zero lag. -It’s cheap! Considering the price, the product itself is great! Con: -The camera quality is good; I wouldn’t say it’s great, but it’s good. I am using this for a toddler, so I’m not listening for crying. I don’t need the sound. I just need to see, and this works great for that. All in all, I’d buy this again for my toddler. If you’re wanting to check really closely on an infant, like checking for breathing, pacifiers, etc., it might be a bit too grainy for that.

This camera/monitor combo has exceeded my expectations. The picture is great, the night vision is above the rest, the camera functions from far away, and customer service from the company is unmatched. I appreciate the super easy connectivity of the cameras and monitor also it can easily be mounted on the wall. Also the price is better than all the rest

This cameras great, works easily with 2 cameras. The screen is nice and big and it switches back and forth for 2 kids. The sound is decent, it can stay unplugged and usually make it through the night. The real reason I am writing a review is for the customer service. This camera replaced our last one when it broke, and I hadn't had it that long! So we got this one and it was great until the plug stopped working...the cord was finicky about how it was being placed, and then one day it just wouldn't turn on. So I just emailed customer service and they got back to me within an hour to say that even though my product was past warranty, they'd send me a new one. As an overwhelmed parent, that made my day!! One less thing to worry about! The next day they emailed me back to say it was on the way. If that's not good customer service, then I don't know what is!! Thanks HelloBaby for being so understanding and not making me buy a 3rd monitor in only 3 years!!

This monitor is awesome!!! I got it to monitor my older dog at night and so I can see him and hear him!! The camera is clear and can be moved around and I can hear when my dog gets up and whines to go out!! It came timely and was well packaged and in great condition!! The price was great!! The setup was easy and the dog is on one side of the house and my room is on the other side and I get good reception!!! No issues-good buy!!!

This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable. The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters. I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.

Me sorprendió el tamaño, es mucho más grande de lo que pensé. Resistente, y a color. La nitidez es muy buena y a comparación de otras el audio también es más claro. Ademas La batería dura mucho tiempo y es muy fácil de usar. Sin programar sin nada solo se conecta y ya estas viendo por la pantalla , la mejor compra ! Definitivamente recomiendo.
