This didn’t work out for me. First time used and my bag sprung a leak and had urine running down my leg and had to chane dressing and clothing.

Adjusts easily, and ostomy bag fits easily into it. My only complaint is that I wish it was a tad longer/wider. The ostomy bag sits slightly accordioned without much room to expand. So if you're gassy or have a lot of output you will need to check it frequently/empty it more often. Definitely hid things discreetly and protected things well from rubbing/chafing. Would get again

It does keep most of the bag dry but I wanted for the wafer to keep the water out.
