I was troubleshooting my N3Pro for over 2 weeks, the leveling is just off, and the print head keep crashing into the bed, no matter what I did to realign and adjust left and right, it seems like the proximity sensor is broken as it move toward the left side. My last ditch effort to resolve the issue was replacing the whole assembly and hope for the best. And it worked.This assembly came with the sensor which alone is $25 to $30 everywhere you look and it is shipped from China which takes about 3 to 4 weeks. When I got this in the mail after 4 days, swapping this with the old one took less than 15 mins. The result, I was able to level the bed perfectly, and it print faster than my other N3Pro by 25% on a 25hr print job.

Item arrived quickly, simply connected the ribbon cable, screwed in 5 screws and leveled the bed and it worked amazing. Great prints right away! Highly reccomend

I needed a replacement extruder after the feeder tab snapped off on my original. Got this delivered overnight. Installed it in like 5 minutes. Did my PROBE_CALIBRATION, PID_CALIBRATION, and heightmap. Was up an printing again in no time. No issues.

I bought this as an emergency replacement when I had a print fail and fill the old extrude with a giant wad of plastic. At the time (double check!) this was actually cheaper than buying it through Elegoo's store and arrived a whole lot faster. Fairly straight forward to replace the old one.

We had major issues with both the sensor probe and with the extruder assembly lock for the filament. The gears that are supposed to grab the filament and move it through the system on this replacement, which we purchased direct from the ELEGOO store, were plastic instead of the metal ones found on the OEM part that came with our original Neptune. We needed to replace the assembly because of some issues we had with the old part when replacing the nozzle. We'd had it for a little over a year, and the screws holding the throat and heat assembly snapped inside of their drill holes, which prompted us to purchase this new one. Thankfully we kept the old part in case there were issues with the new one and were able to swap out the plastic gears for the metal ones in our old part, as the gears for that bit weren't what was damaged. But shame on ELEGOO for putting plastic gears in that couldn't hold the filament and caused print fail after print fail. It might be a cost saving measure, but it came at the expense of a customer.

Buying this additional extruder unit was so worth the money! With the amount of time it takes to change a nozzle or a fan, you can keep your work going by simply popping in a new extruder unit. Then you can take your time refurbishing the one you removed without impacting your productivity. 5 screws and around 5 minutes to get you back up and running. Brilliant!
