This foot roller has made a huge difference for my plantar fasciitis. I previously tried a much more expensive vibrating roller, but it was noisy and inconvenient to use. I wish I’d bought this years ago. Massaging my foot right now and releasing the tension and knots feels incredible. I’m so glad I finally got one. Well worth the small price. I stretch and wear good footwear but having this as an additional layer is so much better

Been using this almost everyday for somw time now in a routine i am building to alleviate my faciitis problem. And i use on the the foot that doesn't give horrendous heel pain as well. The last few days i noticed my feet were not hurting as much. And I been standing up and moving around a bit better first thing in the morning. Evn when I walked around the home improvement store this morning my feet weren't hurting as quickly as the y normally had. I starting to believe its helping.

I've used the spiky ball. I've used a PVC pipe. This is a combination of the two. On of the problems with the spiky ball is that it moves around and you have to keep your foot on top. The dumbbell shape of this eliminates that problem. It is harder than a spiky ball. My spiky ball is hollow in the middle, like a dog toy. This item is solid in the middle, so if you press your foot down on it, there is no give. This massager is made well. I expect that it will last forever. I have only had it for one day so I can't say if it's cured my plantar fasciitis, but I have hope.

Exzellente Rolle! Perfekt zum Massieren, ideal zum Aufwärmen der Fußmuskulatur vor dem Joggen. Man kann auch die Sehnen auf der Oberseite des Fußes gut dehnen indem man sich mit mehr Gewicht auf die Rolle stellt und langsam darüber rollt. Ich nutze die Rolle als Ergänzung zu den lila Franklin Bällen.

This product is perfect for what it is. Using it is really easy and from only a couple uses I personally have seen immediate positve results. The quality of the roller is also quite nice, no signs of it falling apart of being damaged beyond use any time soon. Although dust may accumulate on it, it is surprisingly easy to pull off/clean so no issues there. Great product for the price!
