Works flawlessly in a 2019 Volkswagen with CarPlay/Android Auto. Unit needs to be unplugged when changing between the two settings to restart but very simple to do so. Great product overall and would recommend for anyone who wants to go for a wireless CarPlay/Android Auto experience for non wireless cars.

Works perfectly now, but for some reason the USBC to USBC cable provided didn't work at all and nor even an apple USBC cable. Since my car only had USBC I was at a loss at first but I then bought a USBC to usb connector (only £6) which works perfect now when connected to the provided usb to usb cable.

This is by far the best duel adaptor I have tried when you need both Android auto and Carplay.It is not without its problems but I will detail them later. It has to be one of the fastest boot up on both systems of any of the adaptor I have tried and I have tried and returned about four others. Maps have next to no lag music plays with no problem. Now for the down side. Switching between Carplay and Android auto is still problematic. This adaptor has a switch but you also need to un plug and plug in again before switching systems. Most of the other adaptors I have tried required the person not driving to put off wifi and bluetooth on their phone which is a joke. This adaptor does not need this to be done.I can swap between the systems with no issue.but my wife struggles so I normally leave set up for her to use Carplay. For some reason If I am in the car I cannot use the cars bluetooth unless I unplug adaptor or switch systems. It is as if the adaptor over rules the cars bluetooth.If you can put up with the niggles this is the best adaptor on the market so far for duel phones until someone comes up with another system
