I'll be brief here, but brevity does not and is not meant to indicate a lack of enthusiasm for this product. I found this to be a very refreshing drink with a good clean lemon flavor. It did take me a little bit to get used to, but that is only because I am used to sports drinks with much more sugar than this has.If you are looking for a way to put back electrolytes and minerals versus "plain" water without indulging in lots of sugar that is common in most sports drinks, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Finally! I get bored of water and Gatorade or other sports drinks are just so bad for you. They taste pretty good and don't have that same downside. I love drinking them on the golf course or even just to get my day started. Even better after the gym.
