I’ve been taking this 50 mg zinc picolinate and it has worked very well for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and have not caused any stomach discomfort. I'm giving this a 3 star bcuz when i went to reorder it i just went back to the previous Zinc order and clicked the link & I had ordered the 30 mg Zinc and so i totally thought i was purchasing the same mg when i clicked the button..I did read everything and I swear it was the 30mg but it also had many different sizes to throw you off even more..but anyhoo ! it turned out to be the 50mg which is too strong and actually makes my stomach ache even when i take it every other day.. so technically you're tricking ppl by doing that when ur links are so deceiving.. As FOR THE PRODUCT I LOVE THE 30mg I WOULDT RECOMMEND THE 50mg Sometimes going Over 40mg is not tolerated well for long term use according to google ;) Technically the recommended DOSE is 3Omg daily.. but we are all different of course so always do your research;) So I digress LOL I give the Product a 5 🌟 But everything else a 3.. now I have to go BUY a 30 mg bottle =X
