Let one get to room temperature about 30 minutes as all cheese should be eaten this way not cold. The wax will cut easier this way. Cut in half top label to base and remove the wax.

Can this cheese be frozen?

I think most cheese can be frozen, but I not sure about this one because it doesn't last long enough as it so Good!
