Good suplement to improve in the gym

I purchased this after my son told me about another brand of the same product. He paid quite a bit for the one he purchased and said it really made improvement in his strength in the gym. Nutricost is a brand I purchase frequently so I decided to try their version of this product. And I had similar results as what my son described.
