The media could not be loaded.  I love this little soap dispenser! It works great! If you read any negative reviews on this little soap dispenser, they either aren't using it correctly or they got a defective dispenser. The main thing to pay attention to is the little sticker over the air vent hole in the middle of the rubber plug at the top. Please remove the sticker so air can get in and properly distribute soap. I use pre mixed foam soap and it works beautifully! It dispenses a good amount of soap and keeps a really long charge! LOVE IT! My 4 yr old loves it! Just BUY IT!

The design is beautiful, the temperature display is good that's why I gave 3 stars. The negatives are : It takes too long getting it to work the first few times, even if you put water first. The washing liquid have to be extremely watered down for it to dispense. I returned it twice thinking it didnt work. Efforts to let the liquid come out with ease should be what needs work, then it will be an excellent choice. Otherwise it looks beautiful. Didn't take long to charge and it wasn't hard to mount. I bought 2, one is by my bathroom sink and one is in my shower. Wish it would dispense more than 1.5 sec of soap. I usually need at leat 5-6 puffs. Overall great design and look. I will try to add picture soon.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a super small vanity and love this space saver. Works great. No dripping. I installed with 3m strips, near an outlet so I could easily charge. Use several times a day for several weeks, still haven't needed to charge. The temperature is unnecessary to me, and it only appears when you're using. I only wish the metal accent wasn't rose gold and that there was a way to see how full it is.It's also not terribly sensitive so you don't accidentally set it off. Thinking of putting in every bathroom and kitchen. Also considering trying with micellar water since I haven't had dripping issues. Anything to clear off the vanity!

The media could not be loaded.  We like this automatic soap dispenser. The design is so pretty and very spacious in our bathroom. It is quick and easy to install, it comes with adhesive and and hanging board for easy mounting. It stays in place very well and the motion detection is pretty good. We never had a problem every time we place our hands under the bubble outlet, it detects right away and gives out the right amount of soap that we need.It's nice that it is removable and rechargeable and comes with a magnetic charger. It also comes with a little funnel to fill the dispenser with soap. I use a soft soap so I have to mix it with water and it was so easy to fill the soap dispenser and last a long time.

Battery does not charging. When plug in charger, shows 97% charged. Charged overnight, show 100%, but went dead as soon as you unplug the charger.Good customer service. Received replacement one within few days. Will post update
