Great lifting belt, very supportive. Worn lower for OHP and at the navel for Deads, offers excellent stability and feels very durable. The belt is very thick and takes some getting used to breathing with it, though it does seem to mold to you a bit over several uses being leather. Getting the stiff leather tongue into the belt loop takes some effort but feels very gym rat hammer fisting it into place. Big upgrade over the standard gym provided belts.

This belt is well made with solid stitching. The belt provides excellent support for the lower lumbar and abdominal areas. It's nice they have a variety of color options as well. This is my 2nd purchase of this belt. I bought one for myself after buying my teenager the Dark Iron. The Dark Iron was good out of the gate but turned into a wet noodle when my kid got serious about lifting and started squatting 495lbs. I had to get him this belt before he seriously injured himself. I highly recommend the Iron Bull!

I’ve had this belt for a while now and I don’t want another one or need one. It’s adjustable to grow or shrink with my training program and placement for which lift I’m using it for. I’m a big boy 6’3” about 330 and this has helped me with some serious weight.

Great belt! Been lifting for years and this is one of the better belts to own. After an injury, I was sidelined from heavy lifts and grew out of my 13mm inzer lever belt(which imo, is worth the money for a lifetime warranty and being the best belt I’ve had). Butttttt, having come back from injury, I figured I wouldn’t need an inzer right away since I’m not at my peak lifts anymore so why spend the money. But I have to say this belt is doing the job right with Just enough support to overload my lifts. Add that it’s only a 10mm belt and it broke in fine after 4-5 sessions, keeping in mind that I only use it for heavier lifts. For sizing though, you might want to size down if you’re on a borderline. I measured tightly around my naval right at 40” and went with an XL but I could tighten it past the last hole so swapped it for a large. Now I can tighten it securely within 3-4 holes leaving about 5-6 holes on the slack end of the belt. It’s been about a month now and I have no complaints, hardware has held up nicely (green belt so hardware was painted over black). Will update if necessary.

Really solid belt and u can definitely feel its support. Takes a while to break in as it is a thick belt. Also kinda hard to carry bc it is large but definitely not overly large. Its stiffness allows for it work well in keepin ur back supported. Overall, i would say it is worth the price.

An amazing high quality belt at an extremely affordable price. Similar belts would easily cost well over 100.00 dollars. This belt is unbelievable at sub 100.00 dollar price. Size is great I'm 6 foot 225 and the large fits perfect with room to loose or grow. At 10mm thickness this belt is extremely sturdy and firm. Great for those heavy lifts when you need the support. I would like to see this belt in a design where the back piece widens out from 4 inches to 6 inches with some padding. I know cost would be higher but with the same size and thickness specs It would be a killer belt to have!!

I love this belt! As someone who has been lifting for awhile this is my third belt and I couldn’t be happier. The leather quality and craftsmanship is second to none. I am in love with this color. While the color isn’t vital to its functionality I love it because it’s different and stands out. It is supple enough that it has loosened nicely to form my body but hasn’t slacked in the support when I’m going heavy for squats or deadlifts. The brand stitching is solid and on point. The two prong fasten is secure and heavy duty. I love this belt, did I mention that? I would have easily guessed this belt would’ve cost more than it did once I got it. I can’t praise this enough

Utilise' pour la pratique du powerlifting. Alors je commence par ce qui est bien.couleur vert kaki bien ,le logo bien ,le fermoir bien a première vue elle est pas mal, lorsqu on la porte ça va.maintenant ce qui me dérange la largeur ne fait pas 10cm. Elle mesure 9,5 cm(ça c est le problème des ceintures avec un rebord ,arrondi). L'épaisseur ne fait pas 10mn mais 8mn de plus on peut pas dire que la ceinture soit raide,contrairement aux avis (malheureusement c est des des personnes qui ne connaissent pas grand chose)donc je pense que dans quelque mois la ceinture sera bien molle ,a moins de mettre une couche de cuir supplémentaire ce que j ai l intention de faire (a voir avec mon cordonnier)ça va faire chère la ceinture ..il me manquait que L 'iron bull. les ceintures de muscu.je connais j ai toutes les marques de tout coloris de toutes forme .bien sportivement .Philippe.

When first used with the thickness of belt it was hard to tuck end of belt into loop when fastened, but the more I used it the easier it was to use, fantastic belt Absolutely love it, best belt I've bought in 30+ year's, told all my friends in gym to get 1 which most of them have, Thank you iron bull I feel safer now lifting & I look the part...........

El cinturón es excelente, pero tuve un problema. Debes de tener cuidado porque el cinturón es muy ancho de la parte de enfrente. En sentadilla, por ejemplo, es posible que te lastime o la costilla o la cadera por el roce que tu cuerpo hace con el cinturón. Si tienes el abdomen corto, es muy probable que prefieras otro cinturón. Por lo demás, se ve resistente, y bastante duradero. Aquí el problema lo tuve yo.

Good quality, and still going strong over a year later. Would recommend.
