He really likes it and also uses it on his leg. It's comfortable, helps burn calories, and he uses it for 15 to 30 minutes. He says he feels good.

It REALLY works on areas of pain. Try it. Doesn't work on everything, but we use ours all the time. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is connection cord isn't connecting anymore. To be fair it's a couple years old and we used it a lot!! We liked it so much we have bought several as gifts.

Great while it lasts. 8 lights are out, and the flickering light feature comes on accidentally and is quite annoying. replacement wasn’t available from Amazon.
