Used this product for my granddaughter's first bike. Good value for money

These are like a universal fit and they were going on a 14' wheel bike. Hubby didn't like how much metal was sticking up once they were fitted so he removed them and cut them down and and field the edges smoother. They look a lot better . Our grandaughter loves that she go pedalling her first bike .

I bought these stabilisers for my daughter's bike. When they arrived, the product looked good and sturdy. However, when I tried to install them, I found that the supporting brackets (little squares) were wider than the arms, so the arms couldn't go over them. It wasn’t my first time installing stabilisers, but just to be sure, I went to Halfords and asked them to install them. After being checked by two bike experts, it was confirmed that there was a manufacturing error and the supporting brackets were far too big for the width of both arms. So, I packed the product for return.To my surprise, the seller wants me to pay for the return label. Considering the weight of the stabilisers, the return label was more expensive than the product itself. I also received an email from the seller asking me to send them a video via WeTransfer of me trying to install them so they could assist. Really? I contacted Amazon, as I have never had to pay for a return label before, regardless of whether it’s from Amazon or a small business. I ended up throwing the package in the bin. If Amazon sorts this out, I will update the post. But for now, avoid this seller.

Ok did the job but needed instructions

These training wheels fit my daughter’s bike well. They have slots for different sizes, which works nicely. I’ve been using them for a month, and everything is going smoothly. However, it’s worth noting that they don’t come with the necessary tool—you’ll need to purchase that separately. Overall, I’m happy with the price and the product.
