Shark CH701 Cyclone PET Handheld Vacuum with PetExtract Hair, 8" Crevice Tool, HyperVelocity Suction, Navy Blue/Grey, No Size, 1.51 pounds

The Shark is a great bit of kit. I use one at work daily, and it's lasted for 4 years now. Parts of it are fragile, but spares are available. Beware that the one sold by Amazon US at a good price (intermittently) needs a UK adaptor for the charger, and this isn't supplied with the item. My only problem is that I've ordered this twice now and on both occasions it's gone missing in the USA. Perhaps the packaging isn't up to the usual standard. Amazon UK aren't able to resupply, only refund, and by the time that happens on both occasions the great price has gone up by approx 30%, making ordering from the US pointless.

I put it on charge and it seems to have a powerful suction, making great to clean my car. I was worried initially as it came with an American adapter with two pins. I swapped the adapter for a 3 pin uk plug that was USB and all is ok. The usb lead is 12 volt so compatible with uk plug. Hopefully will last a long time

On description doesn't write it is a US plug Otherwise is working well. Good suction, easy to use ,light.

Previously purchased a Shark hand held for pet hair and was very happy with it. Ordered it again as a gift for my daughter and the pet hair tool is not included, Amazon has set the wrong vacuum cleaner. The USB cable is missing, and the plug in charger i is not suitable for charging in an English power point . Very disappointed, and so is my daughter. No idea of suction and ease of cleaning as we can't charge it up. I wish to return this item.

This is my second one. It's brilliant for stairs, car and home I have two springers so it tackles hair perfectly

Doesn't come with a UK plug which i find amazing that a product sold on Amazon UK comes with a US plug. Had to then get a plug adaptor & the unit is now charging but it adds another £7 yo the product and unnecessary hassle

Loved this but had to by adapter for U.K. voltage charging. Probably my fault for not paying too much attention

I did a lot of research before I purchased this vacuum and repeatedly the reviews and recommendations about this vacuum were good. It does not disappoint; this a great vacuum. The attachments are easy to use. It is small enough to be used on small messes but strong enough to handle larger messes. The suction will pick up heavy debris and fine powdery dust. When turned on the devise is not very loud but still works great. It is easy to clean and doesn’t require bags or filters. Great value for the money. I highly recommend this item and would purchase it again.

I did not want to get my big vacuum out for every little mess - this does a great job on stairs, around edges of floor and under cupboards. The attachment is great too - long nozzle one very useful for keyboards.

It has stopped charging and the company said they provide no warranty outside North America. Also its really difficult to get in touch with them, as it can only be done by emails. NOT WORTH IT - TOO COSTLY WITH CHEAP PARTS.
