solid support and comfortable to use while active in sports. I play volley ball once to 3 times a week and this seems to support my knees and prevents swelling after a game.

good support and can feel the stabilizing on the right/left meniscus. only con is that it is really tight on thigh right where the top band runs. ordered large and below that band everything fits great. right at the band, it's tight and looks like my leg is spilling over the top!. I'll end up keeping it since i think i can adjust the top myself (customize). I think that if i ordered a size up the rest of the brace would be too big - so i'm stuck with the L.i did measure 5 inches above the knee cap like the product describes. however it's the 1-2 inches above that (at the non slip silicone band) where the brace is very tight.

I got a large for my fairly thick knees and it was too big. I returned them for the medium but to my dismay, they sold out. Bummer! I would have liked to use them!

The knee sleeve doesn`t slide down like other ones. I followed the instructions for correct sizing and have good support so far. Patella stabilizer pad is the awesome solution of the knee problems for everybody I think.

Comfortable and seems to work great. Good support yet inside is comfortable for a few hours. Only con was I would recommend a bigger size if you have heavy thighs. I bought L but should have gone up a size for extra comfort but still have the support, even though size medium /large would have been pants size, expected a little larger. So many similar sleeves I have tried are tougher or stiffer them this is quite happy with the softness.

Nice knee compression, a little on the too tight end though, go a size bigger that what chart says
