I wore this under the TROM knee brace that I was in for 6 weeks. While it does have a slip resistant ring at the top and bottom, the top of the sleeve did want to slide a bit, but was held up by my brace strap. I was NOT looking for compression with this sleeve, just comfort under the brace and a barrier to bare skin and it provided that. It was comfy to wear all day underneath my brace and as long as my brace was tight enough nothing would slip. It’s definitely worth it for anyone that will be in a brace for long and wants an extra barrier

This will probably work perfect if you have one of those enormous knee braces, however mine only extends about 7 inches under and over my knee cap (patella) so this is overkill. Just need to stop the irritations on my skin. The material is soft actually feels like one leg of a pair of leggins. Oh and make sure you pick the right size, I forgot to and I was sent a small. Im returning only because if the length and the fact that I screwed up and didnt get the right size. But overall it feels thick enough and soft to do the job if your brace goes to the middle or below your calf.

This is a great product and it has really saved my leg.

Fit runs super small. I used the size measurements that they provided and should fit in a XL seeing I'm 24" around 6" above my knee. The XL is super tight at the top. So now I will either have to order a XXL and hope that fits on top without being loose at the bottom or find something else.

Love the sleeve! Fits well under my brace. Prevents abrasions from the brace. Not too thick, also not to hot to wear for summer use. Washes very well
