Usefull with purpose in mind
Sturdy and able to take up stretching from about four to almost six feet, a heavy bungee, surounded by a woven outer sleeve. Heavy loop and clip at ends. As another reviewer commented, they immediately reminded me of a Chinese finger puzzle. These lines can be well used in places such as tying up to a stationary dock with a changing tide level or leeward to a dock with wave action. Also places like hooking to a mooring buoy. For these types of situations, a well deserved five stars. As to holding up in salt water long term, the tide is still out.

Great dock line
I got these to try for my boat. I liked that they were bungee style. They allow the boat some movement without restricting or being to tight. The construction is def quality and seems well designed. For reference ive not used these is any kind of wave or wind situation. I will update should that occur and let people know if this holds up to that kind of abuse. I also love the color as it makes it easy to see during the day and even at night with a light. This product at the price is def worth the value and the four foot length is all you really need for a 20 foot boat as I have.

Worked Perfect for kayak
I got these to use with my kayak when I don't want to take it out of the water, but need to secure it in place. They work perfect for this. Nice and strong, bright green color- can spot the boat even easier from a distance.

Good Quality
These are just as advertised and the quality seems in line with my expectations. I won’t hesitate to use these dock lines on my pontoon this summer.

It's never a bad time to pick up dock lines and extra dock lines, LOL.
Ok, first off lets talk about the length and the fact that I use them on my awesome Jon Boat. They are 4ft long and stretch to 5.5ft long and that makes them easy to store on a boat with very little storage. Because of the 316 stainless steel clip, I can move them from one side of the boat to the other very quickly depending on what dock is open. They are also easy to put on the docking cleats in a hurry and when the wind is blowing me off the dock, that's a great asset. These also don't tangle unlike the rope I was using. In the pictures you can see my laughable old blue dock lines. They sometimes served as anchor lines when needed, but they were never all that good at either, LOL.In the last picture you can see that they are hanging over the side of the boat and they do NOT touch the ground so if I forget to take them off and drive away with them hanging out, they won't get wrapped up in the wheels or damage other's property. In case people want to know what I'm using these dock lines on, my boat is a SeaArk 1660 with a 50hp Yamaha tiller. It's light and fast, but the wind does push me around thus the need of dock lines that are quick to deploy.
