Quirky but well made.Like many consumers out there I was looking for a good solution to the iPhone's issue of not having a headphone jack. This is especially an issue if you're listening to music while using your phone as a GPS because you need to charge your phone and listen to music at the same time.That being said, going to the Pros and Cons:PROS: for a small little accessory it is clearly well made: feels good in the hand - almost like a piece of jewelry. This company didn't go cheap on the build. Charging works well, the headphone jack is quirky, to plug the unit into a lightning port USB and then plug AND unplug for the headphone jack to be recognized.The materials are first-rate quality.I also appreciated the design of having one cord instead of one cord for the headphone jack and one cord for the lightning port which creates a 'Y' and add to the dongle tangles. For daily use, this was a great design move.CONS: Quirky headphone jack issue. The color could have been space gray to match the iPhone or white for the picky consumer.Conclusion: Overall a good product with a minor quirk. Well designed and well made. Will last. I'd recommend this personally until I find a better solution, but for the price you can live with the quirkiness.

One of the very best adapters for the iPhone X. It works perfectly. Unlike some of the other brands (have tried four others), this particular brand is very sturdy, compact and easily portable. It fits the iPhone X very nicely (not bulky or oversized). I bought two and I am very pleased with them whereas I was quite disappointed with the other brands.

First the good things about this unit, then I'll get to the bad.Good things: It's small, the cable is a little long but its still nice and easy to quickly toss into a pocket or something. And I love the idea of charging and listening to music at the same time- especially when using my phone as a playback device or something where it is critical that it works.Now the bad: Within a week, the unit started putting a fair amount of crackling and static into the audio signal, even when no music is playing. It ruins its otherwise decent sound quality and makes it borderline useless. It also occasionally causes my iphone to deliver the "accessory not supported message" but that is usually fixed by just taking it out and plugging it back in. However, the crackling remains and ruins the device.

Works exactly as advertised. I have an iPhone 8 w/ iOS 11.2.5. No noticeable degradation of sound quality and appears to be charging normally. Several negative reviews mentioned issues that are addressed in the description. You cannot take/make voice calls through this or use your headphones built in audio controls. Also seems to be built well.

I am using this on an iPhone 8, using an older iPhone 6 headset cord. The iPhone 8 came with a lighting to headset adapter. That works great, but it doesn't let you charge the phone at the same time.I like to listen to music as I'm sleeping so I thought this product would be great for that as well as waking up to a full charge.While this product lets you charge while listening on the older headset, the volume buttons on the cord don't work. To adjust the volume, you have to control it with the phone itself. It's rather annoying.I ended up tossing the product into my drawer and not using it. I just use the regular lighting to headset adapter.Instead, I got a usb-c to lightning fast charger for my iPhone 8. Now I don't need to charge overnight anymore. I either charge it up before sleeping, or when I wake up. That works great.

It’s super staticky. I am going to replace it as soon as possible. Using it temporarily but I definitely don’t recommend it from my experience.Update: I received a brand new one or a refund from this company and I chose the brand new adapter. It’s working great. I may have had a faulty one. Either way, the customer service was so amazing. I was actually a little shocked. My product works great and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

It works, but I get a screeching noise whenever I use it and I'm trying to listen to music. I've tried to ignore it but it's pretty hard to get over. I only use it now if I really have to. I have also had problems where I plug everything in, then the audio still played out my phone's speakers. Now if I use it, I have to make sure my phone volume is off, and tinker with it until it's coming through the headphones.
