Pretty easy to swallow and taste like nothing.
Works pretty good. You get a good amount of capsules for the money you pay. I didn't notice a huge difference. They are pretty easy to swallow and do not have a bad taste.

Good value for a 6 month supply
This bottle of Shiitake Mushroom capsules is enough to last 6 months! There are 365 capsules in there. They are small and easy to swallow. It’s also good that the product is sourced in Utah (I like it when I know stuff is homegrown). The medicinal properties of this supplement have been known for centuries, and it is great we can enjoy those benefits in capsule form. I love mushrooms but could never eat enough to keep up with what this product can provide you on a daily basis.
