I like that the jumpripe can be opened up and the rope knotted at whatever length you want - i was able to shorten the rope enough to jump indoors without hitting the ceiling.Since i was jumping indoors, i had no shoes on and this hurts when it hits your toes, sock aren't enough, just always wear shoes while using the jump rope.

This affordable skipping rope is made of quality materials, has good length, ball-bearing handles and surprisingly durable. Recommend this rope that won’t empty your wallet.

I like it but it’s been years since I’ve jumped rope

I definitely ordered this on a whim without specific intentions. I haven't used a jump rope in a very long time but have made positive changes in my health over the last couple of years so figured this would be a good thing to add in since there are lots of benefits to jumping rope.Apparently jumping rope takes more coordination than I remember!As far as the product itself, it is decent and easy to adjust length. It's recommended that the length of the entire rope including handles is 3' longer than your height.I have to say that the handles themselves feel cheap. They're thin hollow plastic with some basic grip padding. Aside from that, this rope works well so far and the cable spins freely in the handles.I really debated between 3 stars and 4 stars, and would have gone with 3.5 if that was an option, but decided 3 was more accurate to my feeling. I am not disappointed with this product generally, and it is My reasoning for 3 stars is that this exact product is available elsewhere for a few bucks less, and considering the quality of the handles, I would give it 5 stars if it was five bucks rather than thirteen. All in all not bad but certainly things to consider if you're in the market.
