I have diverticular disease without too many problems but when I occasionally have trouble I take these for a few days and they are helpful. The price is good too. Would definitely recommend them.

Started on these about six weeks ago and overall my stomach has been much better. Read up on probiotics and thought I would give these a try as they are an extremely good price and I didn't like the thought of the sachets you mix with water. Even took them on holiday as they are easy to transport. Glad I did as even with a different 'holiday' diet I didn't feel my stomach suffered in any way - it is sensitive at the best of times. All I can say is try them, if they don't suit then you've not wasted too much money.

Seems to slightly help with stomach issues but not as effective for IBS as taking a high dose of Lactobacillus Acidophilus by itself.

Bought this for my trip to Indonesia last year and again this year for my trip to Namibia. The taste is not amazing, but the size is reasonable and they are easy to swallow, even without water. Also, they do not take up too much space and you can easily carry them with you on your trip. Quality is definitely good as I had no issue eating local food, particularly in Indonesia, where most of the thing are made with broth. The price is fair and there are quite lots of pills in the bag. Definitely recommended.
