Great product! But arrived damaged 😣
Had dust and fluff on it, and a few cm of damaged material in the middle of the rectangleI used some tape to gently clean it, and it was fantasticly black. Quite amazing. Great for photography… My impression is that it’s delicate and when it’s shipped it gets crushed, stepped on, bent, mashed … etc.Amazon’s delivery often involves great violence (I’ve seen delivery guys throwing packages) and isn’t well suited for delicate items

Truly blacker than any other fabric
For flocking a telescope or internal camera components, nothing I have found is blacker than this. It is far, far more light absorbing than the adhesive-backed flocking papers I have purchased from several telescope vendors. This stays black even when viewed at various angles, though if you are dumping an insane amount of direct light onto it and viewing it at an angle of around 45 degrees, you will get some shine - but I know of NO product on the market that would not do the same thing yet be worse. For any reviewers claiming it isn't that black, or that a blacker product exists, I would love to see proof with a link to another product that they feel is more light absorbent than this.

Product had smudges
The fabric is pretty dark but it was dirty as if some liquid was spilled on it, ruining it's effect on a few sections.

Blocks out light, super black 🖤
My only issue as you can see in the over exposed photo is the shiny hairs that are left everywhere from the edges of the fabric where the factory cut the fabric. The fabric blocks out most of the light and shadows with 70k lumens shining down. However, the felt like fabric hairs are reflective from the side. So it would be perfect if they hemed the edges and air dusted it before shipment.
