Dirty and scratched
Item came looking used with lots of scratches on the outside and dust/dirt in the holes. This has definitely been used by someone else before.

Don't put anything on top of this if it's going into the pressure cooker. I put two pint jars on mine last time and the lid warped a bit. I like them and use them often.
