What battery do you need to change when the old battery dies?

does not have a changeable battery, that is the down side of this. I bought 5 strings, 3 working great and I love the effect they give as I put them inside glass candle units and they are great. The other 2 sets did't stand up so very disappointed

Is it 33ft and 100 lights *per* string? So a 4x pack would be a total of 132 feet and 400 lights?

The 4 pack says 66ft each so a total of 264 feet . So yes us incorrect or you need to change discrimination. The 6pk says 33ft each so this answer falls under the 6pk not the 4

If I set it to "steady on" will it stay that way or do I have to reset it every time? I've seen some other lights that need to be reset every day.

Message yes it should stay I'm whatever setting you put it. On the fairy lights I bought I have them set to slowly go on and off and it stays that way everyday.
