These are the most comfortable safety shoes I have EVER worn. In fact, they may be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn PERIOD! I install cabinets for a living and am on my feet, on bare concrete, all day long. I am also sixty-one years old and no stranger to aches and pains. In the last six months or so, I noticed that my energy levels were noticably declining. By the end of the day I was dragging my rump around with great difficulty. I just thought that a lifetime of construction work was finally catching up with me. I also noticed that my feet were hurting quite a bit more than in the past. I'm required to wear safety shoes at all times on the jobsite so, it's not like I could put on a comfy pair of slippers and go to work. My co-worker showed up to work one day wearing an odd looking ( to me ) pair of black high-tops with really thick white soles. I asked him if they had steel toes. He said yes and that they were VERY COMFORTABLE. He said he had bought them on Amazon for around fifty dollars. I had him send me the link and I ordered a pair fir myself. My old safety shoes were getting pretty worn out so I thought I'd give these odd looking things a try. I didn't expect much but the price was reasonable and, being an Amazon purchase, I figured I could return them easily if they turned out to be junk. Wnen my new shoes arrived a couple of days later, I immediately tried them on. I was surprised at how light they were. They certainly felt comfortable but wearing them around the house was one thing...the jobsite was the real test. The next day on the job, I was impressed at how much cushion the soles provided while still being very light...I would say they weigh less than half of what my old shoes did. After two or three days on the job, I realized something...I wasn't thinking about my feet! I wasn't thinking about them because, for the first time in recent memory, THEY DIDN'T HURT! More than that, I noticed that my overall energy levels were back to normal. I came to the realization that my aching feet were slowing me down, causing extreme fatigue. These shoes have given me a new lease on life. I feel as good as I ever have and am no longer dragging myself through the day. I can't say enough about these shoes! If you need to wear safety shoes...GET THESE, GET THEM NOW! The only regret you will have is that you didnt get them sooner.

These shoes are good but they are not as comfortable as the low top option. The outsole insole and midsole are different. They are not slip resistant just like the other furian shoes. Other than that they are good shoes to wear in a warehouse for a 10 plus hour shift.

Some other reviews had mentioned they aren't made for wide feet but I took a chance on them anyway. It's true, they aren't for wide feet. They're actually ok in the heel and the toe, but narrow by the arch. Other than that they seemed pretty comfy and looked great

So far I have worn the shoes twice at work. They are very comfortable and they look nice. I'm thinking about othering another pair.

I had to size up which I had learned that’s what you have to do and they fit like a glove. I wore for 10 years straight and honestly I have no complaints.
