I just received the wrist braces so while I have tried them on, I cannot yet rate them for efficacy. They are easy to put on and very comfortable. The items are professionally packaged and include an informative booklet on a variety of conditions that can affect the wrists. It also includes exercises and other remedies to help strengthen the wrists and alleviate pain.

The one with the thumb loop Made the inside of my palm really itchy and I started to get discoloration in my palms, like blotchy looking skin, red dots and such. Took it off and was fine.It does adjust well for small wrists. Could just be me being allergic idkBut the one just for the wrist area is awesome!! I have tiny wrists and its adjustable and fits really well. Really helpful for achy wrists.

My work requires a LOT of keyboard work (desktop keyboard and laptop) and over the past few years I've noticed increasing aching pain in my right wrist, as that's my mouse hand. I've ignored it as much as possible, but over the past few months it's gotten to the point where my entire hand aches, and sometimes I get a shooting pain into my elbow. Not fun! Slows me down in my work, and makes life difficult. I decided to try these out (it comes in a pair, but I've not used the left wrist brace yet) due to the great reviews and the simplicity of the design.Not going to lie, it took me a moment to figure out how to put them on! But once you get it, it's logical and you won't have any issues.Honestly, the support and comfort is so subtle that I only notice how well they work when I forget to wear them! I'll be working, and after about an hour my wrist and hand will start aching badly, and I'll realise I haven't put my brace on. Within a few minutes after putting the brace on, the ache goes away and I don't even think about it again until my work day is complete.My ONLY complaint (and it's VERY minimal, but I think deserving of just 1 star taken off comfort) is that my wrist and palm gets very sweaty after a day of use in the brace. I find that a small price to pay, though, for the subtle comfort and support this brace gives me.Solid buy, very effective!

Good support for wrist! Not very bulky, good quality, stretches well.

Almost returned these. They are not easy to apply. I have a small wrist. After placing my thumb in the thumb hole, the inner piece of the strap extends beyond my wrist. It interferes with wrapping the longer piece around my wrist. It gets caught on it.. I have managed to hold this section down under my wrist to wrap it. But this has to be done with the same hand that is pulling the wrap tight. Once on, it provides good support.

I get tremendous support from this product. The relief it offers is fantastic and has helped me at work and at the gym. I have a difficult job so it's rough on the product but in a less intense work place this product would have a much longer life. I will definitely keep using this product because it gives support without hindering the use of my hand. At its price point it's pretty cheap for the high level of relief it provides so I would recommend this to other people. It's pretty helpful in the gym too but the machines and dumbells are rough on it so maybe use just regular wrist straps at the gym but other than that, I love the product.

The most comfortable wrist brace I have used. I’ve tried at least 5 different ones and this is the one! It is not bulky, very durable and a great value for the money. I have a small wrist and I think it may be too tight around the thumb for someone with a larger hand/wrist.

I got these February 7th and today is April 23rd. I bought 2 of them for wrist pain that radiates out to my forearms when I use the computer for long periods of time. If I let the pain go on, soon I can't use my arms at all there's so much pain and weakness. I've tried many different things to manage this condition and still be able to use the computer, and these are the absolute best! Completely fixed my problem, no more pain no matter how long I use the computer. Great range of motion, extremely comfortable. There are only 2 issues that prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating instead of 4. First, they don't last very long. I have worn them every single night since I got them (hence why I included that info in the beginning) and as you can see, it's only been a few months of owning them. The velcro that fastens them has started to give way from overuse I suppose, and soon won't fasten at all. I've already ordered another pair to replace the ones I currently have, but I wish they would modify the velcro teeth to make them a little longer so they lasted longer or something. Second, while they are very comfortable, they will make your hands sweat (and I'm not someone that has sweaty hands normally). But besides these 2 things, I still highly recommend them to anyone having wrist pain, especially due to something repetitive! Oh, and also, while they make look simple, they can actually be a little difficult to figure out how to put on properly. They might be billed as reversable or switchable or whatever, but I don't think they really are. If I put them on the wrong hands the logo sits on the edge of my wrist bone and causes pain after a short while. They are most comfortable having the logo on the palm facing side of your arm.
