Great product, well worth the price
Works well overall, not too much force needed to turn the handle, bottom screw comes loose over time and needs to be tightened as you go.!!! One important point I don't see people mentioning is to not over-tighten the ring that holds the plate with holes, as the entire assembly is meant to stick out slightly, and over-tightening can cause the blades to scrape the holes and leave grayish residue on your ground meat.

Grinder
I purchased this grinder back in 2024 used it all summer making jerky with a jerky gun, breakfast sausage and beaf sticks. I have not used it as a stiffer because I have a separate stuffer I use. I have been very pleased. Using my hand to tighten it to the cabinet is not secure so I use a screwdriver to get it clamped tighter and have no problem. I cut my meat into strips about 3/4 inch squares and it feeds in well as you crank. You can overfill and grinding gets clogged. No problem when you feed slower, just a feel thing ,that is not a problem. If you feed preground meat, feed small amounts and you will have no issues. Have not sharpened and have ground well over 200lbs of meat. Great value for home use I would buy this again.

Good value for money
It’s sturdy for sure and easy to operate. The handle is stuck and now I can’t detach it for cleaning and store away.

Game changer!
I bought this to make food for my cats. This is my first time using a meat grinder, and it was much simpler than I thought it would be.Most of the pieces were already assembled, and I just needed to attach the handle. I did notice a tiny patch of rust when it arrived, so I cleaned that up before using.Like other reviewers have noted, the clamp really doesn’t have much room to hold on. I found a space on my countertop I could use, but the edge is curved so there was very little room for it to move without falling off.I managed, but will use a table after this for a better grip.Aside from the small clamp, I love everything about it. I ground chicken hearts and 7 pounds of chicken breasts in 10 minutes. Put a plate underneath and transferred to a bowl when full.It was easy to use, even with partially frozen chicken. I sliced each breast lengthwise and it fit fine.My only issue was that it would shift a little as I turned the handle, and I’d have to push against it so it wouldn’t fall off the counter. I expect this to be less of an issue on a table without a rounded edge.Very little was left inside when I was done, and nothing got gummed up. I washed everything and put all the pieces in the oven on low heat to dry.I don’t recommend air drying, after seeing that bit of rust. It’s not easy to dry all the inside parts by hand. The oven worked great. Now I can buy meat on sale without having to cut it up by hand. This thing is awesome!

Good Grinder But Limited By Uncommon Size
I wanted a grinder that would grind maybe 5 pounds of meat without too much effort and cleanup. This fits the bill. BUT, it is an unusual size (10 vs similar 12), so you can't find accessories that fit. The finest grind plate makes Angus choice quality beef come out a bit chunky for hamburgers after cooking (small balls of cooked meat in your mouth). If you put the ground meat through again, it feels somewhat pasty when raw but feels fine after cooking. In the supermarket, I see that their ground beef is ground finer (not ground twice). For my grinder, plates with smaller holes are commonly available, but for size 12 but not for 10, that would be similar to supermarket ground beef. If not for this, I would really like my grinder. One problem: screw to tighten grinder to counter comes loose when grinding. Have to tighten as you grind meat.

Work's Great
I had one of these in my mom's house and loved using it. Tried to find one at swap meets and such but they were either too expensive or they were missing parts. I am very impressed with this machine and it's quality. I look forward to using it many times in the future.
