I have used this product for years. I have been pleased with my own health benefits. I have had better digestion and triglyceride numbers. Only product I will continue to use. Always check with a health care provider, but has worked well for me.

Wonderful products..

Gut health is a big deal in my family. I personally have regularity issues. So I figured I'd give this powder a try. I absolutely do not get enough fruits and veggies in my diet. This does help as it's intended, and helped me process my intake (mostly meats and some heavy carbs). So, it gets a good score for that. However, the taste needs some work. I could taste very faint strawberry, but it mostly tastes like greens... heavy on the greens. I had to add sugar to make it more palatable. It also takes a lot of shaking to mix this stuff. Being a powder instead of crystals it's not surprising, but it is a very hydrophobic powder. Not a great trait for a drink mix. May be better in a blender in a smoothie, but I don't want the cleanup. Lastly, the price is pretty high, even among the slew of drink mixes out there. I like the convenience of a drink mix, but I think my budget prefers me just trying harder to eat more leafy greens.

This is a fine all round green powder which includes greens derived from Organic barley grass, spirulina nd chlorella powder. It also packs a powerful and varied 14 ingredient fruit and vegetable powder plus some 15 phytonutrients including Green tea powder, grape seed extract, raspberry, milk thistle, pine bark extract, blueberry and a number of antioxidant and protective fruits, veggies and berries. On top of all that, Biopharma generously includes Acerola cherry powder and great source of vitamin C and bio flavonoids, the powerful antioxidant reservatrol, cinnamon, which helps regulate blood sugar, plant enzymes for digestive support, Aloe Vera, marigold extract (contains lutein - good for eyes,) lycopene (also good for eyes) from tomatoes, and artichoke powder. That’s not everything, but gives the potential buyer an overview. I’ve tried literally dozens of green powders, especially those that go beyond just greens and attempt to provide an all in one health support solution. This is definitely right up there with my very favorites. The flavor is supposed to be natural strawberry, but it has more of a generic berry flavor to me. It is sweetened primarily with stevia, one of the better alternative sweeteners out there, especially in light the fact that we now know erythritol has been found to be associated with increased cardiovascular events. Luckily I don’t find this product to be overly sweet, so I can blend it into my morning smoothie without making it too sweet. (I use other products that are also presweetened - I so wish manufacturers would realize that many consumers do this and would offer unsweetened versions of their products. There are a few that do this, but not nearly enough. One bag of this powder provides 30 servings, so @ around $2 a serving, it’s not the cheapest out there by a long shot. But I place it towards the top of the green/antioxidant powders out there. A fabulous formulation, and most everything is organically sourced. recommended if you can afford it.

According to the research I've done, these are supposed to be all the rage, but I can't deal with the taste. I can't handle the sugar substitute. I can get it down, but it leaves an awful aftertaste in my mouth. I think they should just skip the sweetener all together and let the customer add it if they'd like. And I think the price is outrageous.
