Interesting package, overpriced, unsatisfactory eye mask
Okay, first these package is not from one company I believe, it's packaged by the seller. The Serum NAM is a relatively well made serum but the eye mask, well the ingredients are very "classical." so let's talk about this.Ingredient (serum):It has niacinamide and one patent ingredient called Genowhite (acetyl glycyl beta-alanine), seemingly using tyrosinase inhibition mechanism (which is conventional mechanism for brightening ingredients.) It has some extracts along with hyaluronic acids, and some polymers for texture enhancement. Overall, it's relatively clean, and it used phenoxyethanol as preservative if it concerns you.Ingredients (eye mask):Practically, it's a mixture of solvents, retinol, vitamin E and lots of unsatisfactory preservative. I haven't seen paraben and BHT for a long time in skincare ingredient list, and wow, both of them are here. I am not sure I will use this eye patches.Texture (serum):Due to the good mixture of nicely blended solvent, it has very nice texture and absorbs to the skin very quickly. It leaves skin velvet soft after the absorption, so you can safely put makeup on the top of this product, but if you have dry skin, probably additional moisturizer(s) is preferred.Effectiveness:Amazingly, it brightened some of my dark spot after 2 weeks of use. It was not sensational but still, it worked. I really don't like the overpowering fragrance though. But still, I didn't have much irritation either.Overall Thouought:This serum is made in Vietnam, and it exceeded my expectation. Probably, this is my first time to try out the Vietnamese skincare products. It has good ingredients and texture but I wish it were slightly cheaper than now.

Pricey, but it def brightens
First off, I'd like to point out that I'm a guy, so fella's don't be afraid of using products like these.Since I turned 40 I've been looking for ways to keep my skin healthy and young-looking. I ordered this vial (and masks) to help brighten a dark spot I have a few inches below my eye.Well, after two weeks use, I can say that the serum definitely brightens my entire face up. It's looks healthy and the appearance of inconsistencies in my skin have diminished. The spot that I was concerned about is still there, however. I don't think the serum will ever get rid of the spot, which is a bummer. But the serum does seem to smooth the dark spot over a bit so that it doesn't stand out as much.

Pleasant to use
I'm not sure how effective the hair growth serum is, but I have enjoyed using it. It feels nice and I like the scent.I started applying it to my hairline at about 4 months postpartum in an effort to reduce/recover quickly from postpartum hairloss. (This was my third baby, and I experienced a lot hairloss after my first two. It seems like the serum may have helped some; I have tons of baby hairs, but I never really saw any super thin/bald spots this time.)

expensive but seems to fade out the dark spots
I haven't tried on my face but it appears to fade out the dark spots on my hand and arms so I'm happy with it so far. I haven't tried on my face yet because I have very sensitive skin that can break out easily. I have tried other serum on my hands in the past, which also caused allergic reaction but this serum doesn't seem to cause allergic reaction in my hand so far. I will keep applying and if I see that it has improved my dark spots without any allergic reaction, I will try on my face. I haven't tried the eye mask yet for the same cautious reason but I'm happy with the serum so far but it is a bit expensive for such a small bottle.

Melasma Serum and Eye Mask Combo
I'm really tough on products that claim to help with hyperpigmentation because I've tried them all and only one seemed to work (an Rx from my derm with hydroquinone). No results so far...but I will update when I finish the product if that changes.Serum:+ gentle on skin/no stinging or other indications that this serum is abrasive+ dries quickly+ Expiration date clearly labeled on bottle and box+ Box safety sealed and tamper proof+ Dropper style easy to use- slightly scented, slightly sticky going on- small amount- niacinamide seems to be the ingredient they are relying on to lighten spots...if so, it will be a slow going processEye Mask:+ Expiration date listed+ Tamper proof, vacuum sealed+ Thick and easy to apply+ Generously sized+ Lots of moisture

Castor oil
This is plain and simple oil to put in your hair to help with growth. The oil feels a bit runny but helps with the hair feel, not exactly sure if it will help with growth where hair is missing, but existing hair feels better with it. it is a very small bottle that I will run through quickly.

Awaiting results
Per the instructions, it may take 5-6 weeks to break down melanin and lighten spots, with noticeable results often seen around 7-8 weeks (with one bottle's use). I've applied it for just 3 days on my sun spots. While no significant changes are visible yet, I've experienced no negative reactions either. I plan to continue using it for a minimum of 5 weeks and will provide an update on the outcome. If it truly removes sun spots in 5 weeks, then I believe the current price is reasonable. On a side note, the packaging for the serum and eye mask could be more polished. I hope to see improvements in that aspect.
