i purchased this in combination with nattokinase and cramp bark based off recommendations from my gynecologist to try and reduce severe period pains in a more natural way vs. having to take insane pain killers or even birth control. by severe i mean fainting, sweating, dizziness, nausea. with this combination now, which i have been taking for the past couple of periods, i experience none of this. the pain is minimal. days 1-3 of my period are literally designated for me to go crazy and clean. i went from being bedridden the first couple of days to being unable to sit still. not sure what it is about it but just specifically turmeric - this is the one i take every day regardless of what part of my cycle i'm in and i find it gives me an extra boost of energy for the day. i take it every morning on an empty stomach first thing. it has a slightly unpleasant taste but can be easily overcome with anything other than water.

Just an extra for me as I’m getting older and need antioxidants outside of just food intake. These are great, strength what I was recommended, size is easy to swallow, all it takes just one. These is of course benefits of taking it as long as you stay consistent, I noticed slight improvements after few weeks. Overall they great quality and I will keep on taking them.

I use Turmeric as a joint/mobility supplement to help with 'minor/age related joint aches and improved mobility in activities such as daily walking, gardening, general exercising. It also helps with other mild inflammation issues like arthritic issues'

Just as you’d expect. I will tell you one thing that may be tmi but you need to know. I take medicine that keeps me unregular but since taking these I don’t have too much of a problem anymore. I haven’t been taking them King enough to see if they helped with the pain in my knees.

I ordeed this multiple times. I feel like it helps with joint pain. It’s a little big but it helps with my energy level and digestion.

I have heard so must regarding turmeric latterly I decided to start taking it. So far all is ok. No bad taste like the powder. Capsule good size to swallow. Stomach Ok with all other vitamins I take. Price is average. This brand is the main brand that IZ do purchase.
