After buying our first home, our bank account was pretty much tanked. Well, tanked in comparison to how much a couch costs. Most department stores range from $600-$3,000 for a decent looking high quality couch and between moving, having kids, and a cat we were not looking to spend hundreds, potentially thousands, of dollars on a couch after we moved in.One issue we had was finding a couch to fit, as there was really only one size we were looking for, under 100", but we didn't want to get a couch that was too short either and it seemed like all of the cheaper options were 2 seaters and we have 2 adults and 1 toddler at the moment. This couch fit the bill when it came to everything we were looking for.We went with the 'Grey Chenille' option. When it first came I was very slightly disappointed. It's definitely a blue-tinged grey vs a plain ol' grey to my eyes. I think it's just because there is a darker and lighter grey mix to the fabric. The first picture with the full couch in view is the true color, and I also included some other grey options so you can see the differences. Overall I've gotten used to it and just a grey couch to me now haha. The only con - which I knew when buying - is that the cushion covers are not removable to my knowledge. They do have a zipper but it is sewn over with a piece of fabric and I have never been able to get it to work. Well, also, if you like to cuddle up on the couch with another full-sized adult, you may be lacking a little room. The depth when sitting is just fine (I'm 5"4' and with my feet on the floor I still have a few inches before my back hits the back of the couch) but two side-by-side adults don't really fit too comfortably in my opinion.Overall durability - amazing! Our last couch was $900 and after like 2 months of sitting on it the cushions stayed smashed down and never came back up. I tend to sit in the same spot and in the almost 5 months I've had this couch, it has bounced back and looks puffed up and new. The material still looks nice, it's not fraying or anything (granted our cat doesn't claw the couch, thankfully), and my daughter has dropped a few things on it and I've wiped it up with a baby wipe quickly with no staining. The arms are pretty hard with very little cushioning along the top, but I've not found it uncomfortable to sit against them and watch a move or anything, and a pillow will always help with that too.Putting it together was fairly easy. The instructions were pretty straight-forward. It did take my husband and I both to put it together as you have to balance the middle part to slide the sides on, etc, but one could put it together alone if needed with a bit of patience.Overall I 100% recommend this couch if you're looking for a durable, quality, and fairly comfortable, but cost conscious piece of furniture.

Hi! I thoroughly read through the amazon reviews and even the tiktok reviews before buying this couch. I noticed a good amount of people running into 2 main issues, but most reviews seemed to not have any problems. I figured, if I just follow the instructions very carefully I will hopefully be like the latter.First issue was that customers thought they were missing a couple of couch cushions. ANSWER: The 2 remaining couch cushions are in each of the arm rests, remember to take them out before you start assembling, that will make your life easier.2nd issue was a problem me and my boyfriend were aware of before we started building the couch but ended up running into it anyway. To our disappointment.. every time we sat down we heard a loud sound, and we would SINK. It was so frustrating trying to figure out why it wasn’t getting enough support. And I know a lot of you who already built your couch are wondering the same thing! LISTEN UP cause 10 min ago, I figured it out!!! Flip the front panel upside down! It’s very easy to get that part wrong. When we had it on the wrong way, the flat resting panel the couch cushions sit on wasn't getting enough support because the ledge in front was too low so the front part would sink and the back would lift up. But if you flip it, the ledge sits higher and it supports your weight it as it should!I wish someone had left this review when we were building it yesterday because we were legit about to run to home depot just now to create a makeshift contraption to fix it 🤣With that being said, I give this couch a 10/10 for comfort and design! It’s beautiful, and fits well in our living room. It is soft and bouncy, but firm enough, just right! We got the off white boucle material and it’s so nice and soft to the touch!! Really happy with our purchase, we love it so much. As long as you install everything correctly, it should hold up just fine! No more sinking woohoooo!!!!

Updating this review to say I absolutely love the couch. I hated the fact that I had to open it and drag it up 3 flights of stairs piece by piece but the couch is great quality. Very soft fabric and the cushions are nice, large and very fluffy. I would highly recommend the seller find a new delivery company. What if I was an elderly or disabled person who was counting on the fact that this is a delivery item?Haven't even opened it yet but completely dissatisfied with the delivery. They left it at a vacant apartment on the bottom floor. I am a single female with nobody to help me get this very heavy couch to my actual apartment. Shame on you.

Love love love this couch!!! I had to wait for the restock, but when it arrived I was so excited!!! I just moved into my first apartment, so I was looking for an affordable couch that was soft and bouncy! This couch nailed it!I only gave it four stars because I got frustrated when building it. I panicked because I couldn’t find the two cushions and the hardware. I usually find all the parts before I read the instructions, so if you’re like me, read the instructions first instead! The hardware is already screwed in, you just have to unscrew it, and the other two cushions are in the arms of the couch.The seller was very responsive so 10/10 for communication!

Saw a TikTok on this particular couch. Was concerned to order because I’ve never ordered a couch online. Always like to sit on a couch before buying, but i was surprised how it was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough for my daughter’s apartment. The color is great and fabric is soft. Hopefully it will last her a while.
